Food Truck Permit

Food Trucks are permitted to operate in certain areas of Franklinton, excluding downtown unless permitted for a grand opening/anniversary or town sponsored event. Food Trucks are required to present the town with specific documentation, requested within the permit. Applying for a  permit does not guarantee approval. Any trucks found in violating of

operating within Franklinton without a permit will be fined.
