Area residents should be receiving a yellow
postcard, like the one pictured on the left, in the next few days.
To take the survey, residents will need to have this postcard handy
because you will be prompted to enter your unique access code located at
the bottom left hand side of the card. Once you are ready to take
the survey click the link below to begin. If you do not receive a postcard in the mail please come to Town Hall with proof of residency in the greater Franklinton area and you will be provide with an access code. Thank you for taking the time to share your opinions! |
